  Below is a map of the parking at our home. Our unit has 1 designated spot, and the other spot is first-come-first-serve guest parking. Please ensure that you display the parking pass on your dash or hanging on your mirror during your stay. The passes are hanging on the hooks in the entryway of the unit. Please make sure you return the parking passes, or there will be a $50 replacement fee. Our HOA is extremely strict with parking (due to having such a desirable place to park right by the lift!). Please ensure you are parked appropriately, with pass, otherwise it's highly likely you will be towed. OVERFLOW PARKING Below is the announcement from Copper Mountain in terms of Overflow Parking. If you have additional vehicles that we can't accommodate a parking pass for, campers, trailers, camper trailers, (which are not allowed at the unit) you can park them in overflow parking in the Alpine lot. Starting opening day on November 13, 2023, there will be an overnight fee to park in the Alpine Lot between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. Users can pay this fee conveniently through a QR code or at the kiosk.   This new system will not only help us maintain a well-organized parking area but also streamline the process for all Alpine Lot users. The overnight fee will be $20 per night per vehicle, ensuring fair access to this prime parking area. We are pleased to continue to offer free parking in the Far East Lot and Alpine lot for skier day parking and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance everyone’s parking experience at Copper.  Day Skier Parking – If you haven’t heard, reservations are not required this year to park in any lot although those who want to park in the interior paid lots are highly encouraged to pay for a spot in advance (go to: https://www.coppercolorado.com/plan-your-trip/getting-here/parking) as these spots will fill up quickly. That said, it can take some time for the unit to heat up, yet once it does, it's extremely efficient and effective! To operate the Heat, locate the thermostat in each room, and move the top switch to the desired temp.   The Hot Tub is located right in the middle of the complex. Head out the door, down the long deck pathway until you reach the first set of stairs. Head down to the hot tub. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm. Please make sure to cover the hot tub after use. We have a physical key that's on a lanyard hanging in our unit by the front door. Although the door has a key, you can also use your fingers to pull the lever back to open the door.

  Every Lark Mountain home has a full kitchen, so you can cook as much — or as little — as you like during your stay. In every kitchen you'll find: • A full set of pots and pans • Microwave • Dishes, glassware, and utensils for everyday cooking and dining Small appliances in every home: • Drip coffee maker — standard drip style, using flat-basket filters (not cone filters, and not a Keurig or pod machine) • Crockpot (slow cooker) • Toaster • Blender If you're shopping on the way up: grab flat-basket coffee filters and your ground coffee of choice, plus any specialty ingredients — grocery stores in Frisco (Safeway, Whole Foods) are the closest full-size markets. Items sent to the address will be rejected, marked undeliverable, or returned to sender.   To finalize booking our Copper Mountain home, please read through the RULES AND REGULATIONS below and reply back with your acceptance. Please include in your response “I Accept the Terms” along with your full name, address, contact phone number, email address, and name of ALL guests over and under age 25.     RULES AND REGULATIONS (WOODS 14) This home is located at 92 Wheeler Circle C212, Copper Mountain, CO This home is located at 92 Wheeler Cir, Unit C212, Copper Mountain/Frisco, CO 80443. 1.   CHECK-IN TIME is anytime AFTER 4 PM MST and CHECK-OUT is before 11 AM MST. Absolutely NO early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted. This is our cleaning company’s requirement as we often have back to back bookings and they need from 11 to 4 to ensure the property gets cleaned and all laundry reset. 2.    This is a NONSMOKING property. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY. Fines will be assessed if there are any signs of smoking.  3.    NO Pets are permitted to stay in this property. 4.   We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian/parent or an accommodation has been made by the owner and/or property manager. 5. PROPERTY DAMAGE PROTECTION (PDP) – This is a non-refundable insurance for damage to the property provided through VRBO. There are a few items, such as fines by the HOA that are not covered by the protection, so if fines are incurred as a result of your stay, or damage exceeds the damage protection coverage, you will be responsible for the additional expenses. Instead of Selecting the PDP, you can choose instead to do a Refundable Damage Deposit of $1,500. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, once the cleaning company provides a report and it is processed through our accounting system, provided the following provisions are met: ·      No damage is done to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear (please contact owner and/or property manager right away if you arrive and there is damage or something happens during your stay) ·      No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. ·      No fines are incurred from the HOA regarding noise in the unit, pets, or lack of clean up after their pets in common areas. Below is the link for the HOA Documents: ·      https://www.dropbox.com/s/olc1spsperqenvd/HOA%20Rules%20and%20Regulations%202018.pdf?dl=0 ·      All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. ·      All keys are left hanging inside the property. (If a key was removed from a lockbox it will be returned to the same location upon departure) ·      Both parking permits are left inside the home by the front door or on the counter. ·      The gas to the grill is shut off and the cover is put on the grill. ·      No linens are lost or damaged. ·      All furniture is left in the location in which it was found upon arrival and pack n’ play is folded and put in closet. ·      No early check-in or late check-out. 7.  PAYMENT – Please make payments through VRBO/Homeaway or by check arranged with the owner/property manager. 8. CANCELLATIONS – All cancellations are subject to the policies stated in VRBO.  9. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must cancel at least (60) days prior to check-in. 10. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests per home is limited eight (8) persons. Upon approval from the owner and/or property manager, an additional charge of $15 per person per night of guests in addition to eight (8) will be assessed. 11. INCLUSIVE FEES- Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 12. NO DAILY CLEANING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the one-time cleaning fee, daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate; however, it is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home. Items that will be provided for your stay include: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 box of dishwasher detergent, 1 3oz bottle of liquid soap, 1 kitchen wipe. For each bathroom: 2 roll of toilet tissue,1 box of facial tissue, 2 soaps, 1 shampoo, 1 lotion, 2 trash bags for each trash basket *Please note, this is not a hotel but an owner's vacation home. If you need additional items, you will need to purchase them or arrange with a concierge to have them delivered.  13. RATE CHANGES – Rates are subject to change without notice prior to payment or for future stays.  14. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. 15. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 16. PARKING – Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle in the designated parking space and there is a second permit that maybe used for a guest space in the Village Point Complex. The second parking space is on a first come basis, so it is not guaranteed. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. If you need additional parking, you must talk to a Copper Resort Attendant. 17. STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We do not refund due to road conditions. 18. RESORT CONDITIONS – This property is not associated with Copper Resort. No refunds will be given for changes at the resort, closures of activities, or construction.  19. This home is privately owned; the owners are NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premises. 20. COMMUNITY AMENITIES such as the hot tub, parking garage/area, fitness center, grill, etc. are provided by the HOA. No refunds will be given if there is maintenance or closure for these items as the owner/property manager is not responsible for them. The same applies to the amenities & restaurants in the resort and/or community. During off season is when this maintenance usually occurs and rates are reflective of these non-peak times. 21. LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY. OWNER AND/OR PROPERTY MANAGER will not be responsible for lost or stolen personal property, money, or jewelry from the Guest's Premises regardless of whether such loss occurs when the area is locked against entry or not. If an item happens to be found after a guest check-out, an arrangement may be made to have the item shipped back at the guest's expense for the total shipping cost, plus a $50 handling fee. 22. STREAMING SERVICES ACCOUNTS. OWNER AND/OR PROPERTY MANAGER  will not be responsible for any guest who has forgotten to log out of their streaming service accounts, and incurred any additional costs.   Wildfire Preparedness and Prevention Wildfire season is underway and many of our visitors arrive without any awareness of local fire conditions, evacuation routes, or SC Alert. • Start the dishwasherLoading and starting it before you go is a real gift to housekeeping when we're booked back-to-back — thank you.
• Take out the trashEverything to the dumpster, please — including perishables from the fridge and freezer and the coffee grounds. It keeps the home fresh.
• Grill covered, propane offCover on and the tank valve closed.
• Furniture back in placePlease return anything you rearranged — indoors or out — to where you found it. (Moving fees are no fun for anyone.)
• Sheets, towels & linensPlease leave used towels in the bathroom and beds unmade — no need to strip or wash anything. An unmade bed simply tells housekeeping what to refresh.
• Leave the Murphy bed downIf you used it, leave it open so housekeeping knows to refresh it.
• Set every thermostatEach room has its own — 68° in winter, 60° in summer — and please check the gas fireplace is off.
• Lights offA quick sweep of the switches on your way out.
• Parking passes on the hookBack on their hook by the front door, please.
• Lock doors & windowsOne last check that everything is closed and locked.
