  The Telemark Lodge has a secure lobby, you will need the code that was sent to you in your booking app or through email to gain access to the building or garages. The same code will be used to gain access to both underground garages. The door to the unit will have a separate code, used to gain entry to the property. This was also sent to you in your booking app or through email.

  For Parking, after you've entered the condo, there will be a "QR" Code on the refrigerator. You must scan, and register your vehicle to be able to park your car. (You should be able to open the "camera" on your phone, point it at the QR code, and it will take you to the parking registration site) The building is VERY strict with parking, and any unregistered cars will be towed. OVERFLOW PARKING Below is the announcement from Copper Mountain in terms of Overflow Parking. If you have additional vehicles that we can't accommodate a parking pass for, campers, trailers, camper trailers, (which are not allowed at the unit) you can park them in overflow parking in the Alpine lot. Starting opening day on November 13, 2023, there will be an overnight fee to park in the Alpine Lot between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. Users can pay this fee conveniently through a QR code or at the kiosk.   This new system will not only help us maintain a well-organized parking area but also streamline the process for all Alpine Lot users. The overnight fee will be $20 per night per vehicle, ensuring fair access to this prime parking area. We are pleased to continue to offer free parking in the Far East Lot and Alpine lot for skier day parking and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance everyone’s parking experience at Copper.  Day Skier Parking – If you haven’t heard, reservations are not required this year to park in any lot although those who want to park in the interior paid lots are highly encouraged to pay for a spot in advance (go to: https://www.coppercolorado.com/plan-your-trip/getting-here/parking) as these spots will fill up quickly.   The TV service provider is called Vero Broadband. (970-230-8376). The TV's each have a small black set top box that is connected to each TV. They are plugged into the TV with a single HDMI cable. This is what provides the channels. The TV must be set on the correct "input" or HDMI input. If you are having issues, sometimes it's helpful to unplug, then re-plug back in for 30 seconds to reboot their system. Vero also provides the internet access. If you are having any internet problems with finding the network, password, or connectivity, just call the number above. (We would call them for you, yet they need to speak to someone physically in the unit to troubleshoot) They will also be able to tell you if there are any outages in the area. Hope that helps!

  The heat in Telemark is run from thermostats. They run water-based baseboard heaters. The water is supplied/heated by a boiler system that heats the entire building. (There is no individual water heater in each unit). That said, it can take some time for the unit to heat up, yet once it does, it's extremely efficient and effective! To operate the Heat, locate the thermostat in each room, and move the top switch to the desired temp. Here's what the thermostats look like:

  Every Lark Mountain home has a full kitchen, so you can cook as much — or as little — as you like during your stay.   There is an indoor hot tub located on the 3rd floor of the building, right by the elevators. There is a keypad on the door, and the combo is the same one that was sent to you for the main lobby door and garage code. The codes were sent to you through your booking app messages or email. Enjoy! *Keep in mind, there are times when unexpected maintenance occurs for the hot tub, that is out of our control. This was also communicated within the rules & regulations that were agreed to.

  Your home will be ready with fresh bed linens and bath towels for every guest — both are included with your stay (covered by the one-time cleaning fee), so there's no need to bring your own. A starter supply of essentials is also provided: In the kitchen: • 1 roll of paper towels • 1 box of dishwasher detergent • 1 bottle of liquid dish soap (3 oz) • 1 kitchen wipe • Coffee and filters, stocked as a courtesy In each bathroom: • 2 rolls of toilet tissue • 1 box of facial tissue • 2 bars of soap • 1 shampoo and 1 lotion • 2 trash bags per trash basket These are starter supplies rather than an unlimited stock — for longer stays, plan to pick up extras of anything you'll use a lot. Box at the Post Office just to get their own mail! Because there is no direct delivery to physical addresses in our area, please do not ship packages or mail directly to the property. Items sent to the address will be rejected, marked undeliverable, or returned to sender.   RENTAL AGREEMENT SUMMARY (TELEMARK 309) *The full agreement was accepted when you booked your stay 1.   CHECK-IN TIME is anytime AFTER 4 PM MST and CHECK-OUT is before 11 AM MST. Absolutely NO early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted. This is our cleaning company’s requirement as we often have back to back bookings and they need from 11 to 4 to ensure the property gets cleaned and all laundry reset. If an early check-in or late check-out is desired, it must be arranged within 48-72 hours prior to check-in and only available if there isn’t a back to back booking. There is a $50 fee that must be paid to change the cleaning, calendars and door code access times. Please contact owner and/or property manager to make this request.  2.    This is a NONSMOKING condo 3.    No PETS are permitted in this condo. This is an HOA regulation.  4.   We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian/parent or an accommodation has been made by the owner. 5. DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $1500 will be collected at the time of reservation or Property Damage Insurance is paid online at time of booking. If a damage deposit is collected, it will be refunded 14 days after check out if:   ·      No damage is done to the condo or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear ·      No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. ·      No fines are incurred from the HOA including by not limited too parking violations, noise in the unit, pets, etc. See Telemark HOA Summary Attachment for further information ·      All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. ·      No linens or pillows are lost or damaged. ·      No early check-in or late check-out unless arranged with owner and/or property manager.   7. PAYMENT – Please make payments through VRBO or if booking directly, via Check made out to LARK MOUNTAIN PROPERTIES, LLC.  8. CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty except if deposits were made via credit card. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 9. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must cancel at least (60) days prior to check-in. 10. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests per condo is limited to four (4) persons.  11. INCLUSIVE FEES- Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 12. NO DAILY CLEANING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the one-time cleaning fee of $95.00, daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate; however, it is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the condo. Items that will be provided for your stay include: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 box of dishwasher detergent, 1 3oz bottle of liquid soap, 1 kitchen wipe. For each bathroom: 2 roll of toilet tissue,1 box of facial tissue, 2 soaps, 1 shampoo, 1 lotion, 2 trash bags for each trash basket *Please note, this is not a hotel but an owner's vacation home. If you need additional items, you will need to purchase them or arrange with a concierge to have them delivered.   13. RATE CHANGES – Rates are subject to change without notice prior to payment or for future stays.  14. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. 15. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 16. PARKING – Parking is limited to one (1) vehicles and is NOT reserved. Parking is on a first come basis. Only (1) Car may be parked in the covered garage or designated parking spaces on property. You will park your car and then access our home. On the refrigerator you will find a QR code with a pin. Use this to make your parking reservation. Completion of this form is mandatory in order for guests to be eligible to park a vehicle on Association property during their stay. Please note that your parking pass will only be valid from 4:00PM on date of arrival and 11:00AM on date of departure. To fit in the garage, cars may not be bigger than 6' 8" tall and 19 Feet in Length. Oversized vehicles, must find parking in the front of the building or in overflow parking. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. If you need additional parking, you must go to wwwparkcopper.com or call 1-833-992-7325 and follow their paid instructions. Overflow parking must be arranged with Copper Resort and is not guaranteed with this reservation. 17. STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We do not refund due to road or weather conditions. 18. This condo is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premises. 19. There is no mail service at this location or onsite property management.  20. Guests shall follow comply with State, Local and Summit County Public Health Orders. Guests my adhere to Short Term Rental Household Regulations, and in regards to COVID-19 guests are responsible to wear a mask in public, maintain 6 feet physical distance from others in public, wash your hands and practice good hygiene, report symptoms immediately to owner/property manager and guest agrees not visit the property if there are any concerns or symptoms related to COVID-19. It is advisable to purchase travel insurance.  21. LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY. OWNER AND/OR PROPERTY MANAGER will not be responsible for lost or stolen personal property, money, or jewelry from the Guest's Premises regardless of whether such loss occurs when the area is locked against entry or not. If an item happens to be found after a guest check-out, an arrangement may be made to have the item shipped back at the guest's expense for the total shipping cost, plus a $50 handling fee. 22. • Start the dishwasherLoading and starting it before you go is a real gift to housekeeping on turnover days — thank you.
• Take out the trashSmall, sealed bags can go down the trash chute on each level (across from the elevator); larger bags and recycling go to the dumpsters in the East garage. Please include perishables from the fridge and freezer and the coffee grounds.
• Pack away the Pack 'n PlayIf you used it, please fold it and tuck it back in its closet — the next little guest thanks you.
• Sheets, towels & linensPlease leave used towels in the bathroom and beds unmade — no need to strip or wash anything. An unmade bed simply tells housekeeping what to refresh.
• Sleeper sofa or Murphy bed downIf you used one, leave it open so housekeeping knows to refresh it.
• Set the heat, fireplace offThermostats to 68° in winter or 60° in summer, and the fireplace switched off.
• Lights offA quick sweep of the switches on your way out.
• Lock doors & windowsOne last check that everything is closed and locked.
• Leaving early? Tread lightlyA softly closed door lets the neighbors keep dreaming.
