  Self Check-in. You will first have to pickup keys at the Telemark Lodge Complex, which will allow you to access the Taylor's Crossing Complex. Key codes will be sent separately through your booking app. Please view the "Directions" section with step-by-step instructions of how to pickup keys to gain access to Taylor's Crossing Unit #303. DIRECTIONS FROM DENVER Merge onto I-70 West toward GRAND JCT / CO-470. Once you pass through the Eisenhower tunnel, you are about 20 minutes away from the Copper Mountain/Leadville exit 195/CO-91S. Then take your first right by the big Copper sign onto Copper Rd. Continue on Copper Road until you reach the Round About. The Telemark Lodge will be on your right (to pick up keys). The Address for Telemark Lodge is 45 Beeler Place.   You will first need a four digit code to enter the lobby doors. This should have been sent to you through messaging in your booking app or emailed. Once you are in the lobby, there are a set of lockers to the right. Ours is #5. The combo works just like a high school locker. (spin a few times clockwise, then stop on the first letter. Turn counter-clockwise to the left, past the second letter once, then stop on the second letter the second time around. Then turn clockwise to the right and stop directly on the third letter. Once there, use the little knob below the dial (turn and pull towards you) Now that you have the keycards, you can head over the the Taylor's Crossing underground parking garage: This is what the Taylor's Crossing parking garage looks like. You'll hold the key up to the card reader for 10 seconds, which will open the garage doors. From there, just park where it says "Taylor's Crossing", head up the elevator to floor 3, and head to #303!

  If some of the keys you are using no longer work on the doors, there's a good change that they have become de-magnetized. This isn't uncommon, and there's an easy fix! There are numerous locations around Copper Mountain, where there are what's called "hotspots". This is where you can take the key that's not working, and hold it up against the device, and it "recharges" your key. For example, in East Village, across the street from the Copper Springs Lodge, over by the East Village Lodge ticket window, there is a "recharging" hotspot for keys. By holding the key that's not working up against the sensor for a few seconds until the light changes color, will "recharge" the keycard! Here are pictures of where it's located: There are other locations in Copper where you can also recharge your keys. Here's what they look like, along with a map of the other complexes that have these sensors. (They are all right in the front lobby of the unit, and look like what's pictured below). Just hold your non-working key up to the sensor for around 20 seconds, and that should recharge your keys!

  The TV service provider is called Vero Broadband. (970-230-8376). The TV's each have a small black set top box that is connected to each TV. They are plugged into the TV with a single HDMI cable. This is what provides the channels. The TV must be set on the correct "input" or HDMI input. If you are having issues, sometimes it's helpful to unplug, then re-plug back in for 30 seconds to reboot their system. Vero also provides the internet access. If you are having any internet problems with finding the network, password, or connectivity, just call the number above. (We would call them for you, yet they need to speak to someone physically in the unit to troubleshoot) They will also be able to tell you if there are any outages in the area. Hope that helps!

  The heat in Taylor's Crossing is run from a thermostat. They run water-based baseboard heaters. The water is supplied/heated by a boiler system that heats the entire building. (There is no individual water heater in each unit). That said, it can take some time for the unit to heat up, yet once it does, it's extremely efficient and effective! To operate the Heat, locate the thermostat, and move the dial to the desired temp.

  RENTAL AGREEMENT SUMMARY (Taylor's Crossing #303) *Full Agreement was accepted at time of booking. 1.  CHECK-IN TIME is after 4 PM MST and CHECK-OUT is 11 AM MST. No early check-ins. This is our cleaning company’s requirement as we often have back to back bookings and they need from 11 to 4 to ensure the property gets cleaned.   2.  This is a NONSMOKING townhome. 3.  No pets are allowed in this property.   4.  We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian/parent or an accommodation has been made by the owner. 5. PROPERTY DAMAGE PROTECTION (PDP) – This is a non-refundable insurance for damage to the property provided through VRBO. There are a few items, such as fines by the HOA that are not covered by the protection, so we also collect a small refundable damage deposit.   • No damage is done to the townhome or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear • No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. • No fines are incurred from the HOA regarding noise in the unit, pets, or lack of clean up after their pets in common areas. • All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. • All keys are left in the lockbox and townhome is left locked. • The parking permit is left inside the lockbox. • No linens are lost or damaged. • No early check-in or late check-out. 7. PAYMENT – Please make payments through Airbnb, VRBO, or your other booking channel.   8. CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty except if deposits were made via credit card. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 9. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must cancel at least (60) days prior to check-in. 10. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests per townhome is limited ten (10) persons. An additional charge of $15 per person per night of guests in addition to ten (10) will be assessed. 11. INCLUSIVE FEES- Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 12. NO DAILY CLEANING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the one-time cleaning fee of $115.00, daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate; however, it is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the townhome. Items that will be provided for your stay include: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 box of dishwasher detergent, 1 3oz bottle of liquid soap, 1 kitchen wipe. For each bathroom: 2 roll of toilet tissue,1 box of facial tissue, 2 soaps, 1 shampoo, 1 lotion, 2 trash bags for each trash basket *Please note, this is not a hotel but an owner's vacation home. If you need additional items, you will need to purchase them or arrange with a concierge to have them delivered.   13. RATE CHANGES – Rates are subject to change without notice prior to payment or for future stays.   14. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. 15. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 16. PARKING – Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. One vehicle may be parked in the underground parking garage. One vehicle may be parked in the parking lot as there is availability. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 17. STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We do not refund due to road conditions. 18. This townhome is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premises. 19. LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY. OWNER AND/OR PROPERTY MANAGER will not be responsible for lost or stolen personal property, money, or jewelry from the Guest's Premises regardless of whether such loss occurs when the area is locked against entry or not. If an item happens to be found after a guest check-out, an arrangement may be made to have the item shipped back at the guest's expense for the total shipping cost, plus a $50 handling fee. 20. STREAMING SERVICES ACCOUNTS. OWNER AND/OR PROPERTY MANAGER will not be responsible for any guest who has forgotten to log out of their streaming service accounts, and incurred any additional costs. It has newer flat-screen TV’s, a stone fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, & a deck with amazing views. There is wireless resort internet and access to a wonderful outdoor hot tub. • Start the dishwasherLoading and starting it before you go is a real gift to housekeeping on turnover days — thank you.
• Take out the trashEverything to the dumpster in the parking garage — including perishables from the fridge and freezer and the coffee grounds. It keeps the condo fresh.
• Sheets, towels & linensPlease leave used towels in the bathroom and beds unmade — no need to strip or wash anything. An unmade bed simply tells housekeeping what to refresh.
• Leave the sleeper sofa openIf you used it, leave it unfolded — housekeeping will take the linens from there.
• Set the heat, fireplace offThermostats to 68° in winter or 60° in summer, and the fireplace switched off.
• Lights offA quick sweep of the switches on your way out.
• Ski locker keys backOn their hook by the front door, please.
• Return the key cardsSingle keys and cards go back to the lockbox in the Telemark lobby — right where you picked them up. Single keys only, please, so the box doesn't jam: keys on lanyards hang on the hooks by the door.
• Lock doors & windowsOne last check that everything is closed and locked.
