• Take out Trash / RecylcingTake out all trash to the dumpster, including left over perishable food (in the fridge and freezer) & coffee grounds so the house doesn't get smelly. Dumpster is directly across from unit. Sliding door on dumpster for easy access. Enter side pedestrian door. Dumpster code is: 98765
• Turn Down Heat / ThermostatsThere are 4 thermostats (2 up & 2 downstairs). In the Winter months, please turn down thermostat to 68 degrees, in Summer months, please turn down to 60 degrees
• Shut-off FireplaceMake sure the fireplace is off.
• Close & Lock windowsPlease ensure you've closed and locked all the windows.
• Kitchen Appliances OffPlease ensure that the stove & oven or OFF.
• Bathroom CheckMake sure toilets, faucets and bathroom and bedroom fans are not running
• Load/Run DishwasherLoad and run the dishwasher as early as possible on the day of departure. The cleaners will put the clean dishes away but it is so helpful to them not to have to wait a full dishwasher cycle if they arrive for a back to back booking cleaning. THANK YOU!
• Close BlindsPlease make sure the blinds are down upon departure.
• Pack & PlayIf you used the Pack N' Play - please fold up and return to a guest room closet
• Sleeper Sofa - Leave it Open!If you used the Sleeper Sofa, please leave it open upon departure. This makes it a bit easier for the cleaners to change the sheets!
• Sheets/TowelsThis is optional, but our cleaners love when guests put dirty towels and sheets in the bath tub! (Again, totally optional :)
• Linens, Sheets, TowelsAll the linens (sheets and towels) will be taken off-site and new sets brought in - Please do NOT put them in the washer. Just leave the beds unmade, and put any used towels/rags in the bathroom floor or tub. THANK YOU!
• Turn Off All LightsPlease Turn Off All Lights
• Close Garage DoorBefore you leave the driveway, please ensure that the garage door is closed.
• Lock all DoorsLock All Doors and Windows PLEASE MAKE SURE THE DEADBOLT ON THE FRONT DOOR AND GARAGE DOOR IS NOT LOCKED UPON DEPARTURE

It is greatly appreciated if you tell us if any damage happened to the property or any maintenance item we need to address as this is often a back to back and so the sooner we know of any items we can address them to help all guests have the best experience.
