  Self Check-in. You will first have to pickup the keys in the front lobby of Passage Point, which will allow you to access our Unit #522. The summary of locations and codes is below under "ACCESS & KEYS". Step-by-step instructions and maps, is below that! ARRIVAL INFO: Here are all the directions you will need to get into our PASSAGE POINT Condo. Self Check-In is anytime AFTER 4pm. Please, no early check-ins. The address is: 910 Copper Road #522, Copper Mountain, CO 80443. (Check-out is anytime BEFORE 11am) DIRECTIONS FROM DENVER Take I-70 West toward GRAND JCT / CO-470. Once you pass through the Eisenhower tunnel, you are about 20 mins away from the Copper Mountain/Leadville exit 195/CO-91S. Then take your first right by the big Copper sign onto Copper Rd. Follow Copper Road to Center Village. Our building PASSAGE POINT is on the left. Here is a satellite image of where the Passage Point complex is, from i-70, to driving through Copper Mountain: As you get off if i-70, you'll want to take a RIGHT on Copper Road, to enter Copper Mountain: You will then stay on Copper Road, and you will pass through two intersections with Stop Signs. As you continue straight, you'll see the Pass Point complex on your LEFT. You will want to enter the half circle covered drive. Park there, put your hazards on, and pickup the keys in the main lobby where we have a lockbox with the keys to the unit: Passage Point has a great circle drive where you can pull up to the covered entrance. Turn LEFT into Passage Point, pull up - put your hazards on and walk into the atrium ACCESS & KEYS • Inside the Passage Point atrium in the front door lobby, to the left you will see a Lock Box STATION.  • The lockbox and code were sent to you in your booking app messaging or through email. Our LOCK BOX is the ROUND electronic one WITH GREEN TAPE, with 522 on it.) • The key cards will get you into the building, parking garage, amenity areas, and the unit.  You must keep a key with you to get back in the building at all times. • Key Cards MUST be returned to the lockbox upon departure (before 11am) - or a $25 fine will be charged for any missing key Here is what the lockbox looks like: Once you you have the keys, you can pull your car into the garage. (The garage entrance is to the LEFT of the front door of the Lobby). You will use your keycard to enter the garage: There is a garage door sensor, you hold your key against the sensor for 10 seconds to open the garage doors. PARKING You will need your PRINTED parking pass visible on your dash. Parking is limited to ONE vehicle (max height 8') during reservation times with a personalized permit in the underground parking garage. If you need additional parking, you must go to Coppers Resort Page at www.coppercolorado.com/plan-your-trip/getting-here/parking or call Copper at 970.968.2318. Park your car, and head up the elevator to floor 5, and head to #522!

• KeyCard Not WorkingIf some of the keys you are using no longer work on the doors, there's a good change that…

  If some of the keys you are using no longer work on the doors, there's a good change that they have become de-magnetized. This isn't uncommon, and there's an easy fix! There are numerous locations around Copper Mountain, where there are what's called "hotspots". This is where you can take the key that's not working, and hold it up against the device, and it "recharges" your key. For example, in East Village, across the street from the Copper Springs Lodge, over by the East Village Lodge ticket window, there is a "recharging" hotspot for keys. By holding the key that's not working up against the sensor for a few seconds until the light changes color, will "recharge" the keycard! Here are pictures of where it's located: There are other locations in Copper where you can also recharge your keys. Here's what they look like, along with a map of the other complexes that have these sensors. (They are all right in the front lobby of the unit, and look like what's pictured below). Just hold your non-working key up to the sensor for around 20 seconds, and that should recharge your keys!

  The TV service provider is called Vero Broadband. (970-230-8376). The TV's each have a small black set top box that is connected to each TV. They are plugged into the TV with a single HDMI cable. This is what provides the channels. The TV must be set on the correct "input" or HDMI input. If you are having issues, sometimes it's helpful to unplug, then re-plug back in for 30 seconds to reboot their system. Vero also provides the internet access. If you are having any internet problems with finding the network, password, or connectivity, just call the number above. (We would call them for you, yet they need to speak to someone physically in the unit to troubleshoot) They will also be able to tell you if there are any outages in the area. Hope that helps!

  The heat in Passage Point is run from a thermostat. They run water-based baseboard heaters. The water is supplied/heated by a boiler system that heats the entire building. (There is no individual water heater in each unit). That said, it can take some time for the unit to heat up, yet once it does, it's extremely efficient and effective! To operate the Heat, locate the thermostat, and move the dial to the desired temp.

  The hot tubs are located on the first floor, towards the back of the building courtyard. You will need your keycard to unlock the gate. The hours are 10am to 10pm. There is no guarantee that they will be open, as there are times when the building has to perform routine maintenance.

  Every Lark Mountain home has a full kitchen, so you can cook as much — or as little — as you like during your stay.   Sometimes in an electric fireplace, the "pilot" light can go out. The "pilot" light is the small flame you'll normally see that remains constantly burning. If you don't see any small flame at all, it could be that the pilot light needs restarting. There's an easy fix for that! Box at the Post Office just to get their own mail! Because there is no direct delivery to physical addresses in our area, please do not ship packages or mail directly to the property. Items sent to the address will be rejected, marked undeliverable, or returned to sender. If you need items delivered during your stay, please use a local pickup location: • Amazon Orders: Select an Amazon Hub Locker in nearby Frisco or Silverthorne at checkout. • FedEx Shipments: Ship to FedEx Hold at Location at Walgreens (1004 Summit Blvd, Frisco, CO 80443). • UPS Shipments: Ship to the UPS Access Point at Summit Pack & Ship (265 Dillon Ridge Rd, Dillon, CO 80435). • USPS / Regular Mail: Send via General Delivery addressed to your name at the Frisco Post Office (Frisco, CO 80443).   RENTAL AGREEMENT SUMMARY (Passage Point) *Full Agreement was accepted at time of booking. 1.   CHECK-IN TIME is anytime AFTER 4 PM MST and CHECK-OUT is before 11 AM MST. Absolutely NO early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted. This is our cleaning company’s requirement as we often have back to back bookings and they need from 11 to 4 to ensure the property gets cleaned and all laundry reset. 2.    This is a NONSMOKING property. NO SMOKING or VAPING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY. Fines will be assessed if there are any signs of smoking or drugs.  3.    NO Pets are permitted to stay in this property. This is an HOA regulation. 4.   We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian/parent or an accommodation has been made by the owner and/or property manager. 5. PROPERTY DAMAGE PROTECTION (PDP) or Refundable Damage Insurance – PDP is a non-refundable insurance for damage to the property provided through VRBO. There are a few items, such as fines by the HOA that are not covered by the protection, so if fines are incurred as a result of your stay, or damage exceeds the damage protection coverage, you will be responsible for the additional expenses. Instead of Selecting the PDP, you can choose instead to do a Refundable Damage Deposit of $1500. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, once the cleaning company provides a report and it is processed through our accounting system, provided the following provisions are met: ·      No damage is done to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear (please contact owner and/or property manager right away if you arrive and there is damage or something happens during your stay) ·      No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. ·      No fines are incurred from the HOA regarding noise or harm in or to the unit(s) or lack of clean up in common areas. If you would like to review the HOA documents – please message us through your booking app or email support@larkmountain.com with your name, date of reservation, and indicate Passage Point 210 as the property you are booked at. ·      All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. ·      A key is left hanging inside the property and the rest are returned to the lock box that they were taken from at arrival.  ·      No linens are lost or damaged. ·      All furniture is left in the location in which it was found upon arrival and pack n’ play is folded and put in closet. ·      No early check-in or late check-out. It is considered trespassing to be in the property outside of your reserved dates and times. 7. PAYMENT – Please make payments through VRBO/Homeaway or by check arranged with the owner/property manager. 8. CANCELLATIONS – All cancellations are subject to the policies stated in VRBO.  9. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must cancel at least (60) days prior to check-in. 10. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests per home is limited (6) persons. Upon approval from the owner and/or property manager, an additional charge of $25 per person per night of guests in addition to (6) will be assessed. 11. INCLUSIVE FEES- Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 12. NO DAILY CLEANING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the one-time cleaning fee, daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate; however, it is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home. Items that will be provided for your stay include: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 box of dishwasher detergent, 1 3oz bottle of liquid soap, 1 kitchen wipe. For each bathroom: 2 roll of toilet tissue,1 box of facial tissue, 2 soaps, 1 shampoo, 1 lotion, 2 trash bags for each trash basket *Please note, this is not a hotel but an owner's vacation home. If you need additional items, you will need to purchase them or arrange with a concierge to have them delivered.  13. RATE CHANGES – Rates are subject to change without notice prior to payment or for future stays.  14. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. 15. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 16. PARKING – Parking is limited to one vehicle in the buildings private garage (max height is 8’) Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. If you need additional parking, you must talk to a Copper Resort Attendant. 17. STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We do not refund due to road conditions. If Renting a Car, please verify with the rental car company that it is AWD/4WD during winter months. 18. RESORT CONDITIONS – This property is not associated with Copper Resort. No refunds will be given for changes at the resort, closures of activities, or construction.  19. This condo is privately owned; the owners are NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premises. 20. COMMUNITY AMENITIES such as the parking areas are owned and managed by the HOA. No refunds will be given if there is maintenance or closure for these items as the owner/property manager is not responsible for them. The same applies to the amenities & restaurants in the resort and/or community. During off season is when this maintenance usually occurs and rates are reflective of these non-peak times. It is recommended for all guests to purchase travel insurance. 21. Guests shall comply with State, Local and Summit County Public Health Orders regarding their COVID-19 responsibilities to wear a mask in public, maintain 6 feet physical distance from others in public, wash your hands and practice good hygiene, report symptoms immediately to owner/property manager and guest agrees not to visit the property if there are any concerns or symptoms related to COVID-19. 22. LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY. OWNER AND/OR PROPERTY MANAGER will not be responsible for lost or stolen personal property, money, or jewelry from the Guest's Premises regardless of whether such loss occurs when the area is locked against entry or not. If an item happens to be found after a guest check-out, an arrangement may be made to have the item shipped back at the guest's expense for the total shipping cost, plus a $50 handling fee. 23. STREAMING SERVICES ACCOUNTS. OWNER AND/OR PROPERTY MANAGER  will not be responsible for any guest who has forgotten to log out of their streaming service accounts, and incurred any additional costs.   Wildfire Preparedness and Prevention Wildfire season is underway and many of our visitors arrive without any awareness of local fire conditions, evacuation routes, or SC Alert. • Start the dishwasherLoading and starting it before you go is a real help to housekeeping.
• Take out the trash & recyclingEverything to the dumpster, including perishables from the fridge and freezer and the coffee grounds — it keeps the home fresh between stays.
• Sheets, towels & linensPlease leave used towels in the bathroom and beds unmade — no need to strip or wash anything. An unmade bed simply tells housekeeping what to refresh.
• Leave the sleeper sofa openIf you used it, leave it unfolded — housekeeping will take the linens from there.
• Set the thermostatsPlease turn them to 68° in winter (60° in summer), and check the fireplace is off.
• Windows closed & lockedA quick check around the rooms.
• Lights offA quick sweep of the switches on your way out.
• Return the key cardsOne card and the emergency backup go in the atrium lockbox — single keys only, please, so the box doesn't jam. Keys on lanyards hang on the hooks by the door, and extra key or ski-locker cards go back on the coat rack. (Missing cards run $25 each.)
• Leaving early? Tread lightlyA softly closed door lets the neighbors keep dreaming.
