If some of the keys you are using no longer work on the doors, there's a good change that they have become de-magnetized. This isn't uncommon, and there's an easy fix! There are numerous locations around Copper Mountain, where there are what's called "hotspots". This is where you can take the key that's not working, and hold it up against the device, and it "recharges" your key. For example, in East Village, across the street from the Copper Springs Lodge, over by the East Village Lodge ticket window, there is a "recharging" hotspot for keys. By holding the key that's not working up against the sensor for a few seconds until the light changes color, will "recharge" the keycard! Here are pictures of where it's located: There are other locations in Copper where you can also recharge your keys. Here's what they look like, along with a map of the other complexes that have these sensors. (They are all right in the front lobby of the unit, and look like what's pictured below). Just hold your non-working key up to the sensor for around 20 seconds, and that should recharge your keys!

PARKING: There is additional parking is available in the Alpine lot. This lot is managed by Copper Mountain. The TV service provider is called Vero Broadband. (970-230-8376). The TV's each have a small black set top box that is connected to each TV. They are plugged into the TV with a single HDMI cable. This is what provides the channels. The TV must be set on the correct "input" or HDMI input. If you are having issues, sometimes it's helpful to unplug, then re-plug back in for 30 seconds to reboot their system. Vero also provides the internet access. If you are having any internet problems with finding the network, password, or connectivity, just call the number above. The fireplace at Mountain Plaza #620 is wood burning. The HOA provides the firewood, and is located in the underground parking garage (see pic below). Please put the wood in the cubby next to the fireplace, and ENJOY!

There is an outdoor hot tub located on the first floor of the building, right off the lobby area on the south side. There is also a community grill that can be used as well. If you do use it, please ensure to recover it. Enjoy! *Keep in mind, there are times when unexpected maintenance occurs for the hot tub, that is out of our control. This was also communicated within the rules & regulations that were agreed to.

The heat in Mountain Plaza #620 is run from three separate thermostats in each room. They run water-based baseboard heaters. The water is supplied/heated by a boiler system that heats the entire building. (There is no individual water heater in each unit). That said, it can take some time for the unit to heat up, yet once it does, it's extremely efficient and effective! To operate the Heat, locate the thermostat in each room, and move the top switch to the desired temp. Here's what the thermostats look like:

The coin operated laundry machine are located on the 5th floor. This is where the ice machine is as well:

There are 2 ski lockers for Mountain Plaza Units #620 and 622. The keys are hanging by the front door, and the lockers are down by the elevators. (we own 620 and 622)

Every Lark Mountain home has a full kitchen, so you can cook as much — or as little — as you like during your stay. In every kitchen you'll find: • A full set of pots and pans • Microwave • Dishes, glassware, and utensils for everyday cooking and dining Small appliances in every home: • Drip coffee maker — standard drip style, using flat-basket filters (not cone filters, and not a Keurig or pod machine) • Crockpot (slow cooker) • Toaster • Blender If you're shopping on the way up: grab flat-basket coffee filters and your ground coffee of choice, plus any specialty ingredients — grocery stores in Frisco (Safeway, Whole Foods) are the closest full-size markets. If an appliance isn't listed above (espresso machine, air fryer, Instant Pot, rice cooker, etc.), assume the home doesn't have one. Questions about a specific item? Send us a message before your stay and we'll confirm.
The coffee maker in our unit uses a flat basket paper filter. We try to keep some stocked in the unit for guests, if it looks like we're running low, please let us know at support@larkmountain.com.
Your home will be ready with fresh bed linens and bath towels for every guest — both are included with your stay (covered by the one-time cleaning fee), so there's no need to bring your own. A starter supply of essentials is also provided: In the kitchen: • 1 roll of paper towels • 1 box of dishwasher detergent • 1 bottle of liquid dish soap (3 oz) • 1 kitchen wipe • Coffee and filters, stocked as a courtesy In each bathroom: • 2 rolls of toilet tissue • 1 box of facial tissue • 2 bars of soap • 1 shampoo and 1 lotion • 2 trash bags per trash basket These are starter supplies rather than an unlimited stock — for longer stays, plan to pick up extras of anything you'll use a lot. A few things to know: • Heading to the hot tub or pool? We suggest bringing your own beach towels — bath towels are for indoor use. • Daily cleaning service isn't included in the rental rate, but it's available at an additional rate — just send us a message. • Please don't remove towels or linens from the home.
In each bedroom there is a TV with streaming capabilities, as well as cable TV channels provided by our HOA via a small set top cable box. In the living room and master bedroom, you will only need 1 remote control. (They have been programmed to control both the TV and cable box) To Watch Cable Channels: The only trick to watching local cable channels, is to ensure that the source is set to the correct input. Local channels are provided by a set top box, that's plugged into the TV, pictured below. To watch those channels make sure that the "Source" on the TV is set to "Comcast", "Xfinity" as pictured below: The TV will then be set to the correct Source. The TV second remote control (pictured below) should now be able to control the small set-top box (pictured below), that looks like this to flip through channels: These instructions apply to both the Living Room and Master Bedroom. (Make sure source is correct, one set top box, and the second remote controls channels) For the Guest Bedroom - This is a bit older TV, yet the concept is the same. Make sure that the Source is set to the correct input (that the cable set top box is plugged into) You'll use the main TV remote to do that. The input should be labeled something like Comcast, Xfinity, Live TV, or something. Once you've ensured that the TV is set to the correct Source, you will use the additional remote to flip through channels of the set top box. The second remote looks like the others in the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Hopefully that helps! Often times when guests bring their own streaming devices, things can get mixed-up. Anyway, enjoy your stay!

The TV and Internet service is offered by Vero and Tivo. You should only need are the small Tivo remotes (pictured below) for each room. This controls the local channels as well as well any streaming apps. There are a few pre-installed apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, and Prime. You are welcome to install others. Assuming that the TV is set to the correct input, these remotes should control everything.

The TV service offered in the Mountain Plaza building uses older technology to watch cable/local channels. This video shows you how to set the "Source" on the TV and how to watch local and cable channels, as well as which remote does what! Hope this helps!
There is a trash chute at the end of the hall by the elevators. If the item is too big for the chute, you can take the elevator down to the garage and the dumpster room is on your left as you exit the elevators. The recycling bins are in the same dumpster room in the garage! Thank you!

There are many activities to do while at Copper Mountain Resort. Lift tickets are best purchased through Copper at www.coppercolorado.com. They guarantee the lowest price. This is a private condo - so we don't have any additional discounts available for lift tickets or activities. For ski rentals, we like the Christy Sports right in East Village and also a great place to demo skies. It is in the building next to Foxpine. If you are staying in Center Village, there are a couple of shops but we like Breeze Ski Rental. It is easy at all of them to reserve online or on the phone ahead of your trip. Restaurants and Bars: Downhill Dukes, incline Bar & Grille, Ten Mile Tavern (our favorite lunch joint), Double Diamond (our favorite coffee and breakfast place), JJ's Rocky Mountain Tavern (East Village - and has great food), Mountain Melt, El Zacatecano (Mexican), Eagle BBQ, Mulligan's Irish Pub, High Rockies Whiskey and Wine Bar, Sugar Lips Mini Donuts, City Pop Gourmet Popcorn & Candy. Go to www.coppercolorado.com for more information, menus, hours and locations. In Copper Resort there is just a small (expensive) McCoy's Mountain Market in Center Village and a convenience store right off the exit - so we always encourage guests to plan ahead if you are going to eat/cook in the property. We haven't had great luck with delivery services for Food. We had one guest get an Instacart order this summer to go through but have had a hard time since. Staffing is really hard in the mountain communities. There are a few items, such as fines by the HOA that are not covered by the protection, so if fines are incurred as a result of your stay, or damage exceeds the damage protection coverage, you will be responsible for the additional expenses. Instead of Selecting the PDP, you can choose instead to do a Refundable Damage Deposit of $1500. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, once the cleaning company provides a report and it is processed through our accounting system, provided the following provisions are met: · No damage is done to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear (please contact owner and/or property manager right away if you arrive and there is damage or something happens during your stay) · No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. · No fines are incurred from the HOA regarding noise or harm in or to the unit(s) or lack of clean up in common areas. If you would like to review the HOA documents – please message us through your booking app or email support@larkmountain.com with your name, date of reservation, and indicate Passage Point 210 as the property you are booked at. · All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. · A key is left hanging inside the property and the rest are returned to the lock box that they were taken from at arrival. · No linens are lost or damaged. · All furniture is left in the location in which it was found upon arrival and pack n’ play is folded and put in closet. · No early check-in or late check-out. It is considered trespassing to be in the property outside of your reserved dates and times. 7.
